Weigh-in 8:00 a.m. -
Show 10:00 a.m.
Lamb Show – Thursday, June 17
Weigh-in 12:00 p.m.
- Show 1:00 p.m.
Goat Show – Thursday, June 17
Weigh-in 3:00 p.m.
- Show 4:00 p.m.
The following rules apply
to Lamb, Hog, and Goat shows:
1. Prize money will be awarded on the Danish
System.
2. Open to all 4-H Youth ages 9 - 19 and FFA
Youth up to age 21.
3. Animals not required to have KUIP tags.
4. Animals must have health papers.
1. Animal must be in the possession of the
exhibitor from the Tag-in day to Show day.
2. All animals must be ewes or wethers
(castrated males).
3. Exhibitor must attend educational meetings.
4. Exhibitor must participate in fund-raising
activities.
5. Lambs must be broke to lead or will not be
permitted to show.
6. Lambs must be slick-shorn or will not be
permitted to show.
7. Any sick or diseased animals may be
dismissed.
8. 4-H/FFA record forms must be completed by
show date or the exhibitor will be dismissed.
9. Novice exhibitors are welcome.
Lamb Premiums - All Classes Open
1st - $20
2nd - $10
3rd and 4th - $5
Grand Champ - $200 Reserve Champ - $100

(castrated males).
3. Exhibitors must attend educational
meetings.
4. Exhibitors must participate in fund-raising
activities.

7. Novice exhibitors are welcome.

4-H Commercial Goat Show
Rules:

exhibitor prior to educational meetings and show day.
2. Exhibitor must attend educational meetings.
3. Goats must be broke to lead or will not be
permitted to show.
4. Any sick or diseased animal may be
dismissed.
5. 4-H/FFA record forms must be completed by
show date or the exhibitor will be dismissed.
6. Novice exhibitors are welcome.
7. Goats must have had CD-T vaccination and
regular booster shots.
