RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All entries must be at the Fairgrounds and remain on display to conform with regulations. 2. Fair Management reserves the right to combine classes when a class has fewer than three (3) entries and/or two (2) exhibitors. 3. No individual may make more than one entry in any one class. All entries must be prepared, or crafted, or grown by the exhibitor. 4. Fair Management reserves the right to interpret and resolve all matters connected with, or incident, to the Fair. 5. Money not used in one division may be transferred to another division on the Danish System. 6. Foods, fruits, and vegetable entries are to be made on paper plates. 7. After judging perishable items, Fair Management reserves the right to donate excess items to needy families. 8. All canned items must be in standard canning jars and must be sealed. 9. All entries to be received at the Fairgrounds on Tuesday, June 19th, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Judging will be Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Exhibits may be picked up on Saturday, June 23rd from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
